Aborted - Summer Slaughter 2008

Belgian death-grinders Aborted took the stage at this year's Summer Slaughter at the legendary Fillmore in San Francisco, CA to a sold out house. Frontman Svencho was all over the place right from the start, and didn't stand still for very long during the entirety of the band's 25 minute set. The band members themselves were rather friendly and smiled quite a bit onstage...which isn't something you'd likely ever see from an American (angry all the time) death metal band.
Despite the fact that a large percentage of the shows attendees didn't even know who the hell Aborted were, for the more informed metalhead, they were definitely one of the hightlights of this year's Line Up!
