The Leo Project is emotion, soul, and passion. This 4 piece juggernaut formed in early 2005 and has developed into one of the most well respected and sought after acts in the Midwest, sharing the stage with the likes of Slipknot, Sevendust, As I Lay Dying, Unearth, 36 Crazyfists, Hinder, Allele, and others.

Front man and guitarist Tyler Lyon started TLP as an acoustic project with guitarist, Nic Trotter. Eventually, 16 year old percussion phenom Lance Bennett joined, along with bassist Sean Hamel. The foursome practiced and tracked songs for months, finally developing their unique sound and stage show. The combination of Tyler and Seans vocal ability definitely sets the band apart from their metal counterparts. With influences ranging from Pantera, Van Halen, Sevendust, Killswitch Engage, The Smashing Pumpkins, and Phil Collins, each member definitely brings a unique style and sound to the table.

Joining CureOne Entertainment in mid 2006, the band has begun to tour regionally to support their much anticipated debut album, The Burning. The album is a powerful and passionate display of soulful singing, riveting guitar work, and unprecedented percussion.
