Sappy Bell Nominated For Award, Announce New Tour Dates
BIOGRAPHY

Hailing from Cleveland, OH- Sappy Bell continues to strive as a DIY band with successful national radio, and 2 video campaigns. They have released two nationally distributed CD’s and have grown into one of the most respected and well-known metal acts in North East Ohio frequenting venues such as Peabody's, the Agora, and the House of Blues.

With their EP, To Die Again Tomorrow, co-recorded by Ben Schigel (Breaking Point, Switched, Chimaira) and Thom Hazaert (Corporate Punishment Records), the band took their first two singles straight to radio securing rotation on stations in Lubbock, TX; Chattanooga, TN and Kansas City, before debuting in the top 5 on CMJ with a national radio campaign. Following radio, their video for "Sleeping Pills" aired on Much Music
and "Salvation" was later picked up by MTV2's Overdrive.

The latest demo was mixed by Logan Mader (Machine Head, Silent Civilian), and licensed to several cell-phone music channels as well as MTV. Sappy Bell has played with Dope, Prong, Nothingface, All That Remains, Brides of Destruction, Powerman 5000 and many others. The band is currently touring regionally and set to hit the studio later in 2006.
