Yea these guys were amazing on SOTU. They were one of my favorites. Also, the new album is possibly my favorite album so far this year. By far Darkest Hours best. IMO

Hidden Hands Of A Sadist Nation and Undoing Ruin are much better albums than Deliver Us..... It is a good album , but nothing in comparison to their previous two.

Why does everyone say that. I totally disagree with the last post. I personally own the last three darkest hour cds and I truely think that Deliver Us is the best work they have done so far. The songs are much more memorable.

In my opinion, they have kinda gone to the norm instead of sticking to their thrash roots. I mean come on, John Henry actually sings on the new album. I do agree that their musicianship has grown tremendously though. The guitar work is absolutely incredible and much cleaner than their previous efforts, but being an old school DH fan, I have to say this album was not as good as their past two releases. But that's just my opinion.

That and the fact that this cd is not nearly as good as their last two. I can't believe you are even arguing me. I said I liked the album. I also said it is not as good as their other ones. I even like "So Sedated, So Secure" better than "Deliver Us". This cd is good. Not great.
